Booking terms before we start.
These policies keep each project clear, protected, and smooth from inquiry to delivery. Final terms can be adjusted depending on the size of the production.
Booking & deposits
A project date is only secured once the scope is confirmed and the deposit is received. Remaining balance is due before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling depends on availability. Weather, emergencies, and location issues can be reviewed case by case, but last-minute changes may affect the quote.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround depends on project size, edit depth, and deliverables. Rush delivery may be available for an added fee when the schedule allows.
Usage rights
Clients receive usage for the agreed project purpose. Commercial ads, resale, third-party use, or expanded campaign usage may require a separate license.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable revision window based on the package. Extra revisions, major direction changes, or new deliverables may be quoted separately.
Files & delivery
Final edited files are delivered digitally. Raw files are not included by default unless discussed before the project begins.
